This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting property showings, evaluating market conditions, generating leads, and negotiating contracts to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires dynamic communication and proactive relationship-building with clients, property owners, and prospective buyers or renters.

• A valid Real Estate License and deep knowledge of real property regulations
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and understanding market trends
• Prior experience in the local New Cairo property market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
