Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to guide clients seamlessly through buying, selling, or leasing properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities within Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through a people-first, service-driven approach.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, listings portals, and proactive outreach.
• Manage and update property listings accurately across CRM systems and marketing platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, compliance) to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in real estate, preferably within the Dubai market.
• Solid understanding of Dubai real estate communities, developers, and property laws.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine people-first attitude.
• Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals ethically and effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, property portals, and basic MS Office tools.

Preferred Attributes

• Must be comfortable working on a commission only structure.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Existing client database or strong networking ability.
• Experience in off-plan, secondary, or leasing markets.
• High emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset.
