DNB Properties is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets in Dubai's competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, and landlords
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in Dubai
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate or sales (Freshers are welcome too)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations is an advantage
