Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Consultant, with opportunities for some remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential properties for clients, providing advice on real estate investments, facilitating property sales and purchases, and negotiating terms of agreements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, conducting property evaluations, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property management, freshers are welcomed
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
• Experience in Negotiation for successful property transactions
• Ability to facilitate and provide effective Training in real estate practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions
• Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
