Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant position based in Dubai.

The Property Consultant will guide clients through the complete property cycle, including identifying suitable listings, arranging viewings, and advising on sales, purchases, and rental opportunities.

Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining an updated property portfolio, and preparing accurate documentation such as tenancy contracts and sales agreements in line with UAE real estate regulations.

The role requires strong client engagement, market expertise, and the ability to provide clear, transparent, and professional advice throughout the transaction process.

You will also work closely with internal teams and property partners to support deals and ensure a high standard of customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market, including trends, regulations, and transaction processes
• Excellent consulting and advisory skills to understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
• Proven sales experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment
• Previous experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required
• Candidates who can speak French, Italian, or Russian will be strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings
• Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, and basic office tools
