The Role Residential Property Consultant

You will manage the full sales or lettings cycle, including:

Conducting property valuations and viewings

Negotiating offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords

Managing transactions with support from Sales Progression teams

Generating new business through networking and database activity

Staying up to date with Dubai property regulations

Ideal Background

Estate Agency / Lettings / Property Sales experience preferred but no essential

Strong sales ability B2B or B2C considered

Excellent communication skills in English

Professional, ambitious and target-driven

Positive and hard-working attitude with strong networking ability
