Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing professional advice to clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. The role also involves building strong client relationships and offering exceptional service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to provide expert advice and manage property transactions effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs
• Sales expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and meet targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is a plus
