Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, identifying client needs and providing property recommendations. Duties include conducting market research, generating leads, building client relationships, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process for every transaction. Strong communication and customer service will be essential to creating a tailored and trustworthy client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate market analysis
- Strong Communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Proven Sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and relevant property laws and regulations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively on-site
- Prior experience in real estate or property consulting is an advantage
