Key Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and client portfolios within your designated area
- Conduct property viewings and investment consultations
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Advise clients on market opportunities, pricing strategies, and ROI potential
- Negotiate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction execution
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements
- 1-3 years of Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Experience operating as anarea specialist is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
- UAE driving license preferred
