Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing, advising clients on market conditions and trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
Consulting and Real Estate skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai

Responsibilities:
Generate leads and qualify potential buyers and tenants
Show properties to clients and answer their questions

Prepare and manage contracts

Qualifications:
Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai
Experience in sales and leasing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
