As a Real Estate Broker with Etagi Dubai, you will represent a trusted international brand, guide clients through major investment decisions, and play a key role in delivering seamless, high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and investment objectives.
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into buyers, sellers, or investors, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations while delivering a premium client experience.
  • Negotiate deals and manage the full sales process, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, industry partners, developers, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Represent Etagi Dubai as a trusted brand ambassador, upholding our global reputation for excellence.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally in the UAE real estate or broader sales market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proven negotiation abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
