Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate consulting services, managing client relationships, facilitating property sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting tailored property solutions, negotiating deals, and staying informed on market trends to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Consulting and Real Estate, with demonstrated expertise in property transactions and market analysis.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, including the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Experience in Sales, including negotiation and strategy development, with a results-driven mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends in Cairo, Egypt.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.
