Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City for an Inside Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will manage existing client accounts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing client interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs and deliver optimal business solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building and Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address client needs promptly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or technology industries is an advantage
