Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to prospective clients
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Arrange property presentations and site visits
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep updated with Dubai real estate market trends and new launches
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of sales or real estate experience preferred
- Freshers are welcome with strong interest in off-plan sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Basic understanding of real estate in Dubai is an advantage
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
