Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant Off-Plan to join our growing team.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Dubai's off-plan market to guide clients through every stage of purchasing new developments. You will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and sales strategy implementation while ensuring superior client satisfaction.

As a key member of our boutique brokerage, you will play a crucial role in expanding our off-plan portfolio, representing prestigious developers, and contributing to the company's continued success and reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Consultation: Provide professional advice to clients regarding off-plan projects, investment opportunities, market trends, financing options, and developer credibility.
  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective closing techniques and strong client engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and potential buyers through proactive networking, referrals, and participation in property exhibitions.
  • Market Research: Conduct comparative market analysis and stay up to date with new developments, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations between clients and developers to secure optimal terms and ensure transparent, compliant transactions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up, continuous support, and exceptional after-sales service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and management teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Qualifications & Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales within the UAE market.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Deep understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market, developers, and investment trends.
    • Familiarity with RERA regulations and legal procedures in property transactions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media for professional branding and lead generation.
    • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
    • Valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
