Role Description
We are seeking a German or Italian-speaking Property Consultant for a full-time on-site position located in Dubai. This role involves advising clients on property investments, providing exceptional customer service, and managing property sales processes. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, understanding client requirements, developing effective sales strategies, and staying updated on market trends to provide tailored investment advice.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Consulting and Sales, with a strong ability to understand client needs and deliver personalized solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster trust and build long-term client relationships
- Fluency in German or Italian, alongside proficiency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and an organized, detail-oriented approach
- Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is beneficial
