Role Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and property viewings
- Handle sales transactions from prospecting to closing
- Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to clients
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and developer offerings
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients and nurture long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- Fresh starters with no prior experience are welcome (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Proven experience in Dubai Real Estate (Off-plan or Secondary) is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and trends in the UAE
- Multilingual fluency is a strong advantage (German, French, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin)
- Valid UAE Driving License & own car is a plus
