Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at Habico, you will represent clients in the purchase, sale, or lease of properties while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism. You will build strong client relationships, provide market insights, and help drive the company's mission of delivering exceptional real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Representation

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with expertise and personalized service.

Conduct property tours, open houses, and client presentations.

Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and manage the closing process.

  • Sales & Prospecting

Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and prospecting activities.

Maintain an active pipeline of clients and follow up consistently.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Market Expertise

Conduct market analysis to provide accurate property valuations and insights.

Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property inventories, and pricing strategies.

Offer guidance on investment opportunities and property development potential.

  • Operational & Administrative

Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and compliance with licensing requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and mortgage partners.

Ensure adherence to all legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).

Proven experience in real estate sales is preferred but not required.

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and property listing systems.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and ethical professional mindset.
