Job Objective:
To lead real estate sales and leasing operations with a high level of professionalism, deliver tailored property consultancy to clients, and consistently achieve sales targets while building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain a strong database of available properties and potential clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for new and existing projects.
- Conduct property tours and professionally present offerings to clients.
- Negotiate property prices and contracts while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends and suggest new opportunities.
- Comply fully with UAE real estate laws and regulations (including RERA requirements).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, developers, and key areas.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems and property listing portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Active RERA license is preferred.
