Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Ajman. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing high-quality customer service, and facilitating property sales, purchases, and leases. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Real Estate skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience in the real estate industry
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Relevant certification or a degree in Real Estate or related field is advantageous
