Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property consultations, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to provide expert advice. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to meet their real estate needs and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Property Consulting
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining and developing client relationships
- Sales skills, including negotiation and closing deals effectively
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Cairo
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
