Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Senior Property Consultant will engage with clients to understand their property needs, provide expert advice, and guide them in making informed real estate decisions. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating and closing sales transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Professionals will collaborate closely with the sales and consulting teams to drive overall business success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, along with effective problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to develop trust and build long-term relationships
• Proficiency in Sales techniques with an understanding of real estate market trends and strategies
• Experience in or knowledge of the Real Estate industry
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets is a plus
• Must have a car
