Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing real estate consulting services, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving sales. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, offering tailored property solutions, assisting clients with property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying informed on real estate market trends in the region.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with a deep understanding of the Dubai property market
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales abilities, including negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to provide clients with valuable insights
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
