Job Description

Main Job Purpose:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities to expand the client base and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide continuous support to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options to ensure client needs are met accurately and effectively.
  • List and market available properties through digital platforms, social media, and property portals to increase property visibility and attract qualified buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare promotional materials and coordinate property advertisements to effectively communicate property features and drive interest.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses to convert potential leads into successful deals.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize sales or rental agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and purchase offers to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management to contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate and current market insights.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review to track progress and support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal departments to finalize transactions to ensure smooth and professional client experience.
  • Participate in property exhibitions and networking events to represent the company and build professional connections.

Work Environment:

  • In Office: 80%
  • Out of Office (Travel): 20%
  • Work Hazard: Normal
  • Working Days: 5 days per week
  • Days off: Friday & Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales Marketing, or a related field Experience: 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Working Under Stress. Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.

Tools and Systems: MS Office BI tools CRM platforms
