KKS Elite Properties is expanding and we are looking for motivated Property Consultant to handle off-plan projects, ready properties, secondary market sales, and rental transactions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for driven and ambitious real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan residential and investment projects
• Manage ready property and secondary market sales
• Handle property rentals and leasing transactions
• Manage client leads, presentations, property viewings, and site visits
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal operations team
• Close deals from inquiry to SPA / tenancy contract signing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For

• UAE real estate experience preferred (off-plan or secondary)
• Strong sales, closing, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Professional communication and client handling
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment

Commission Structure

• 50% commission per closed deal
• 60% commission after 3–4 deals per month
