This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance. Responsibilities include conducting property market evaluations, arranging property viewings, networking with potential buyers and sellers, and negotiating deals to achieve the best results for clients. The Property Consultant will be expected to stay informed about market trends, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless end-to-end property transaction process.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property laws
• Customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to handle property evaluations and analyze market trends effectively
• Experience in marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clientele
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with attention to detail
• Previous experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to reliable transportation
