Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This includes conducting market research, providing property recommendations tailored to client needs, arranging property viewings, and negotiating terms of sale or lease. The role requires maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on market trends and developments.

- Consulting skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored property solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Customer Service expertise to deliver a superior client experience
- Sales and negotiation skills to successfully close property deals
- Understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and property evaluation knowledge
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the real estate industry is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred
