Job Description

Job Summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads for residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Advise clients on property values, market conditions, prices, and legal requirements in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
  • Negotiate sales and lease terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Prepare and manage all sales documentation and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (areas, developers, pricing, regulations).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
