Job Description

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed across all products, projects and developers within Nawy's inventory
  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding real estate properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients needs
  • Engage with potential clients to facilitate the purchase of real estate properties
  • Thoroughly assess clients preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations
  • Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy's guidelines
  • Escort interested clients on property viewings
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the developer through contracting procedures
  • Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved
  • Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing, continuing to share product insights with them

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Passion for sales
