Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and conducting property market research. Key responsibilities include liaising with potential buyers and sellers, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. The consultant will also stay updated on current market trends and foster strong networks within the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate industry expertise
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in local real estate laws and market analysis is an advantage
• Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of Dubai's property market are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
