Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-plan market
- Build lasting relationships with clients and developers
- Guide clients through investment opportunities in upcoming projects
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
- Conduct client property tours and attend project site visits
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and developer launches
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai's off-plan real estate sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market and project pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
