Off-Plan Property Consultant (Dubai)
We are seeking driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Consultant's to join our real estate sales team based in Barsha Heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new buyers, presenting upcoming developments, and guiding clients through the full purchase process. This role requires strong market awareness, proactive client engagement, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- High call volume dealing with fresh leads coming in to the business daily
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, marketing platforms, and client databases
- Present off-plan projects to investors and end-users, highlighting benefits, pricing, and payment plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new launches, master communities, and developer portfolios
- Conduct property tours, site visits, and client presentations
- Advise clients on ROI, market trends, and investment potential
- Negotiate terms and secure agreements between clients and developers
- Ensure all documentation, compliance, and sales processes are completed accurately
Requirements:
- Dubai Real Estate experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
