Property Consultant (Off-Plan & Secondary Market)

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai, a strong understanding of the property market, and excellent communication skills.
Leads will be provided; your job is to convert them into successful deals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle leads provided by the company and follow up professionally.
- Advise clients on property options (off-plan and secondary).
- Conduct viewings and property presentations.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
- Keep up to date with Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and developers.
- Update CRM with client interactions and deal progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
