Since our inception, we've proudly facilitated close to 3 Billion USD in global property transactions and helped thousands of clients secure premium residential and investment properties across key international markets, with a strong focus on Dubai.
As part of our continued growth and expansion - driven by our roadshow model as we scale globally across the US, Canada, and Europe to deliver over 150 roadshows per year - We are now looking to double the size of our off-plan sales team, further strengthening our market presence and enhancing the level of service we provide to our clients.
We are seeking experienced agents who are eager to travel internationally, with flights and accommodation fully covered, to meet and advise investors across key global markets. This is a unique opportunity to represent premium developments while building relationships face-to-face with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients with confidence, professionalism, and deep market insight.
- Build long-lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Present and promote luxury properties with strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on market trends to provide expert guidance.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects One Investments global standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales ability and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Real estate or sales experience is preferred but not essential comprehensive training provided.
