Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will focus on understanding client requirements, providing guidance on property investments, building strong client relations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include scheduling property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market trends to offer expert advice.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate to provide professional advice on investments and property purchases
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build lasting professional relationships
• Proven Sales abilities to effectively negotiate and close property transactions
• Fluency in spoken and written English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and related laws and regulations is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
• Relevant experience in property sales or consultancy is preferred
