Persian (Farsi)-Speaking Property Consultant Opportunity

As part of our expansion, we are actively seeking Persian (Farsi)-speaking Real Estate Brokers to join our on-site team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert property leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
- Conduct professional property viewings and client presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Persian-speaking investors and end users
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and real estate investment opportunities, including ROI analysis
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Collaborate with internal teams (listing, leasing, conveyancing, mortgage, compliance) to close transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (UAE experience is a strong advantage)
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate processes is preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
