Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Doha, Qatar. The Property Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their property needs, provide expert real estate advice, and identify potential buying, selling, or investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, developing tailored marketing strategies, negotiating sales deals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and assisting clients in making well-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Sales skills with a focus on relationship-building and client management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including property market trends and transaction processes
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
• Proficiency in using property management software or CRM tools is an advantage
• A dynamic and adaptable approach with a strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Valid Qatar driver's license is an added advantage
