About the Role
We are hiring Senior Sales Executives to join a leading real estate development company. This role is ideal for professionals who have solid experience in selling residential and/or commercial development projects, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value real estate deals.
You will play a key role in promoting our development projects, expanding our client base, and achieving strong sales performance in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell residential and/or commercial real estate development projects
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins
- Maintain accurate client data using CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales admin, legal, finance) to close deals
- Stay updated on market trends and competing developments
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in real estate development
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Target-driven with excellent time management
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
