We're hiring Property Consultants to join one of Dubai's leading real estate brokerages. If you have at least 1 year of consultative sales experience, a strong work ethic, and the ambition to succeed in a commission-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We provide full training, ongoing coaching, and all the tools you need to build a successful career in Dubai's thriving property market.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and landlords.
• Guide clients throughout the property buying and selling journey.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate successful transactions.
• Manage your pipeline using the company's CRM.
• Keep up to date with Dubai's real estate market and investment opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate repeat and referral business.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of consultative sales experience
• Fluent English
• Valid driving licence
• Located in Dubai or Eligible to obtain a UAE work visa

What We Offer

• Commission-based role:
• Secondary Market: 50% up to AED210k, 55% to AED300k, 60% to AED450k, 65% above.
• Off-Plan: Company leads 50%, self-generated leads 60%.
• AED8,000/month interest-free recoverable commission advance (max 3 months / AED24,000).
