Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, facilitating transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, identifying suitable properties, arranging property viewings, conducting negotiations on behalf of clients, and finalizing sales or rental agreements. The role also involves building strong client relationships and staying updated on market trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Communication skills to address client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Customer Service expertise with proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Sales experience, with skills in negotiation and closing deals
• Understanding of the Real Estate market and its regulations, trends, and dynamics
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred
