Role & Responsibilities
- Source, manage, and close property sales and leasing transactions.
- Conduct property viewings, advise clients, and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain client relationships with investors, buyers, and tenants.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and project launches.
- Manage property listings and digital marketing to generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
