Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant (Russian Speaker) at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI). The role involves assisting clients in property sales, purchases, rentals, and investments. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting property viewings, providing expert consultation, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The ability to communicate fluently in Russian is a core requirement for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate expertise for guiding clients in property-related decisions.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide excellent client experiences.
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi is required.
