JOB INTRODUCTION
The Property Consultant is a key part of the sales team, responsible for helping clients buy properties. In this role, you will work directly with clients, understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the property buying process. You will also support the sales team in achieving company goals by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth transactions.
JOB SUMMARY
The Property Consultant is responsible for selling property units and helping clients understand the advantages of these units to meet both personal and company sales targets. In this role, you will conduct property viewings, offer expert advice, and ensure clients are satisfied with their choices. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers and ambassadors is essential. You will also actively seek out new brokerage companies and stay in constant touch with the market to keep your knowledge up to date. Achieving sales goals, gaining customer referrals, and maintaining a positive company image are key aspects of the job. Additionally, you will be expected to follow the instructions and guidance provided by the Sales Manager to ensure alignment with the company's objectives and strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell property units and highlight their benefits to clients in order to meet both personal and company sales goals.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and ambassadors, including actively engaging brokers and keeping them updated on projects through regular orientations and updates.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Actively engage with brokers and keep them informed about projects and offers through regular orientations and updates.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to the final transaction, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Achieve customer satisfaction and generate referrals from satisfied clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a positive company image in the market through professional conduct and service.
Follow the guidance and directions of the direct manager, aligning efforts with objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Proven experience of achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Understanding of projects.
