As a Secondary Market Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing property listings, advising clients on buying and selling opportunities, and closing transactions across Dubai's residential market. Key Responsibilities
- Source and win property listings in Dubai's secondary market
- Manage buyer enquiries and match clients with suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on the market
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
- Keep up to date with market trends and new opportunities
- Manage your pipeline through the CRM and ensure strong follow-up
Requirements
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai's secondary market preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to generate listings and build a client portfolio
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
