Property Consultant

Role Description
Fully Commissionbased role.
The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The individual in this role will advise clients on suitable residential properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the full buying or renting process. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, presenting investment options, preparing and delivering property proposals, and negotiating offers to achieve favorable terms for clients. The Property Consultant will stay informed about market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes, and will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in line with company standards. Collaboration with internal teams, developers, and external partners is expected to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and propose strategic real estate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Customer service skills that support building long-term client relationships, managing expectations, and addressing queries professionally.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing property transactions.
• Solid understanding of real estate concepts and practices, ideally with experience in the Dubai residential market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Dubai market are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with flexibility to meet clients and attend property viewings as needed.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools to manage leads, client data, and documentation.
