Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert consultation and advice tailored to their real estate needs. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting properties, conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a professional and seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, sales performance, and achieving company targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate consultancy and brokerage practices
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Consulting and advising clients based on market insights and individual needs
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (French/Russian/Spanish)
• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation are preferred
