Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and presenting property details with precision and professionalism.
- Keeping informed on Dubai's latest property laws and real estate regulations.
- Coordinating and conducting accurate market valuations.
- Hosting and managing property viewings for clients with a high standard of service.
- Handling negotiations from viewing to offer stage with both buyers and sellers.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression and client onboarding.
- Following up with clients post-viewing to build relationships and offer continued support.
- Staying current with luxury market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.
- Actively generating new leads through networking, referrals, and internal databases.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in real estate sales
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Hungarian, Spanish).
- Driven, presentable, and passionate about real estate and client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- This is a commission-based position with high earning potential ideal for those who want to control their success.
