Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant. The role involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking real estate investments or looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct market research, promote available properties, and close successful deals. The Property Consultant will also handle negotiations and assist in ensuring seamless property transactions to achieve client satisfaction.

• Proven skills in Consulting and Real Estate to provide expert property-related solutions and market knowledge
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Sales expertise to identify client needs, present property options effectively, and close deals
• Proficiency in local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior work experience in real estate or a similar client-facing role is advantageous
