Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining strong customer relationships, and staying updated on the Dubai real estate market. The role will also involve performing market research, preparing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License

Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in property sales

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Strong understanding of real property regulations and local market trends

Proficiency in negotiation and communication skills to facilitate successful transactions

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients to achieve goals

A proactive and goal-oriented approach, with attention to detail

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Minimum of 1 year expereince in Dubai Real Estate Market

Valid Dubai Driving license
