About the Role

Valor Real Estate LLC is looking for knowledgeable, motivated, and confident Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property projects. Candidates with experience in off-plan properties are preferred, while experienced secondary market consultants are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties.
• Generate and follow up on client leads.
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide professional property advice based on client requirements.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects and market trends.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate projects and communities.
• Experience in off-plan properties is preferred.
• Secondary market experience is also welcome.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
